Do you have a storefront?
Sadly, no. We work out of a commercial production kitchen in Devon, Pa. Unfortunately, our zoning doesn't allow for public access.. so unless by appointment, The Createrie doesn't get daily visitors.
What are your hours?
We schedule pick ups and deliveries between 10 - 6

How do I place an order?
It's as simple as a trip over to the how to order page. Fill out all of the pertinent information, and Katie will handle the rest of the details with you after your click submit.
In order to keep our small operation organized, all orders must be submitted via email. No text, phone call or voicemail requests, please! Thanks for your understanding.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment online via our invoicing system operated by square.com. Invoices are emailed out at 9 am on the day of your event. Prefer to pay for your order ahead of time? Let us know and we can expedite this for you.
Square is our secure credit processor and accepts all of our credit and debit payments. Our online store allows the option to use PayPal. We can also settle up in person with check.

We're happy to announce that our clients now have the option to X the delivery fee and pick up at our mobile pick up location.

Want to set up a delivery?
Katie will help you with that during your ordering process.
Delivery fees start at $10.00 locally and vary depending on distance and day of the week.
Center City deliveries are $50.00 flat rate during off peak hours and $100.00 flat rate during peak hours and weekends.
How far in advance do I have to place my order?
I never hurts to try a last minute order, but we prefer advanced notice for all custom orders.

How do I contact you?
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Our team is small so all hands are always on deck. Because of this we don't answer our phone line
unless it is a concern the day of your order pick up or delivery.
